This policy explains what personal data Music Event collects through this website and its contact channels, why it is used, and the rights you have. It is prepared in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller for the personal data described in this policy is Music Event (Orkan Narinç), Konak / İzmir, Türkiye.

What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to share with us:
- Through the event request form: first and last name, phone number, event type, event date, venue and location, event time, approximate number of guests, the artists and stage you are interested in, and any details you add.
- When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers or other sensitive information on this website.
How the request form works
Your answers are prepared in your own browser. They are not stored on our website. When you tap "Send via WhatsApp", the form opens WhatsApp with your answers as a message, and the information reaches us only when you send it. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Why we use your data
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal for your event.
- To plan and deliver the music and technical production of your event, if you book with us.
- To keep in contact with you about your event.
- To meet our legal and financial obligations.
We process this data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform it, because we have a legal obligation, or because we have a legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:
- With the artists and technical team working on your event, limited to what they need for the event.
- With the service providers we use to communicate and run this website, such as email, messaging and hosting services.
- With public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these services may process data outside Türkiye. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided by law.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To display its typefaces, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to those services, where their own policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, and where applicable the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used for that purpose.
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred.
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
- Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed, and for these actions to be communicated to the third parties it was shared with.
- Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated processing.
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
To use any of these rights, write to hello@musicevent.tr. We will reply as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
